Information You Enter
Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or similar detail into a search box supplied by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Andrews County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own system.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, we use the information in that message to read it and respond. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.

How the Information Is Used
- To keep the website available, stable, and reasonably fast.
- To send search requests to the appropriate partner tool when you choose to use one.
- To understand which Andrews County jail, court, and locator pages are useful.
- To diagnose broken links, display problems, and technical errors.
- To display advertising that may be based on general interests or browsing activity.
Outside Websites
This site links to public agencies and outside tools, including Andrews County sheriff pages, Tyler/Odyssey PublicAccess, VINELink, TDCJ, BOP, ICE ODLS, Texas law pages, and partner search services. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy and terms of the outside website control your use of that website.
Advertising partners may use their own cookies or tracking technologies across websites. That activity happens on their systems and under their policies, not under the Andrews County Sheriff's Office or any Texas public-records system.
